Wragley Way

Providing for 2,000 new homes, a primary school, shops, major open space, a link road and possible new junction on the A50; development at Wragley Way is of strategic importance to Derby City and South Derbyshire.  Instructed by Hallam Land Management (part of the Henry Boot Group), P&DG is preparing a masterplan for the site, supporting the site’s promotion through the Local Plan process.  Outline planning permission has already been secured for up to 180 dwellings with further applications expected to be submitted in 2017. The opportunities offered by the Wragley Way scheme have received recognition by the Government through its identification as part of the Infinity Garden Scheme.
