Information is stored in our own systems and accessed only by the people who need to. Our management team have access to everything you have provided, but individual employees only have access to information required for their job.

Keeping information private

Where your information is stored with third-party services, we restrict access only to people who need it.

The computers we use are all password protected to help prevent unauthorised access to the information stored on them. These computers ask for authentication whenever they are started and after a period of inactivity. Our mobile devices are also protected by password, fingerprint or facial recognition.
