The site was promoted through the Local Plan process, ultimately securing allocation including greenfield land beyond the confines of the immediate farmstead. Split into market-facing parcels, two outline planning applications were submitted, supported by a comprehensive masterplan, showing how the site could be developed.
P&DG managed the multi-disciplinary team, navigating multiple constraints including proximity to ancient woodland, challenging topography, local heritage values and protected species, to achieve support for redevelopment of this edge-of-settlement site.
