Expertise: Planning Applications, Project Management and Coordination, Stakeholder EngagementWorking closely with the scheme architect and specialist consultants, and engaging with local residents, adjustments to the proposals sought to address areas of contention, demonstrating the lack of harm and overall acceptability of the proposals. In particular, the deployment of specialist noise modelling informed the design of acoustic fencing, allowing the all-weather pitch to be located adjacent to residential properties, making effective and efficient use of available space. Planning permission was subsequently granted and the improved facilities, including a year-round sporting facility and other essential improvements, are now in use.
