An established holiday cottage complex, ‘Sands Farm Cottages’ was purchased by our client following the retirement of the owner-manager.  P&DG secured planning permission to use the former owner’s house as an additional visitor unit, diversifying the type of accommodation available, enhancing its appeal to families and larger groups and improving commercial returns.
