University Lecturing

As a practice, P&DG is frequently invited by planning, development and architecture schools to be guest speakers on a range of planning and design topics, including at Loughborough University, Nottingham Trent University, and the University of Sheffield.  Members of the P&DG team have been regularly attending these Universities since 2005, hoping to inspire the next generation of planners and urban designers.

From our team, Richard Hall and Chris Jesson are also on the University of Sheffield Department of Urban Studies and Planning Liaison Board, which has several responsibilities around course content and approaches to teaching.

This area of expertise is one the P&DG team particularly enjoy and are passionate, supporting the growth of the industry and imparting knowledge.
