With over four years of post-qualification experience as a Town Planner and a Master’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield, I bring a proactive and commercially aware approach to P&DG’s planning services.
Since starting my career, I have developed extensive experience in securing planning consents across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, defense, healthcare, and university development. I also have experience acting as a Local Planning Authority Case Officer, undertaking outsourced development management work on behalf of a Derbyshire Local Planning Authority.
At P&DG, I provide planning advice and manage a diverse range of projects, from smaller-scale applications through to large residential, employment and mixed-use schemes. My key experience includes planning applications, site appraisals, strategic site promotion, Written Representations Appeals and project management. I also coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, liaise with Local Authorities and specialist consultees, and act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
